There is no plausible reason to prioritize Muslim personal board and Sharia law at the cost of Justice. We should welcome Supreme Court’s decision of evaluating triple talaq on the lines of our Constitutional principles. Innumerable muslim women have been ostracized owing to the discriminatory Sharia law which undermines the RIGHT TO LIFE WITH DIGNITY, guaranteed by ARTICLE 21 of our Constitution. The courage of women like SHAYRA BANO, AFREEN, SHAH BANO and many others needs to be appreciated. A Uniform Civil Code is of utmost necessity in an egalitarian and democratic society. Political parties and Religious preachers, instead of playing their crass games, should welcome the decision and not try to be a barrier to this wind of change.

THEORETICAL EDUCATION MAY GIVE FOOD FOR BODY BHAGAVAD GITA GIVES  FOOD FOR SOUL

Tonnes of congratulations to the Haryana Government for including  Bhagavad Gita in the school curriculum. Those who consider it saffronisation of education system  are just like  ‘Frog in the well’ who know nothing of the open oceans .  Our national character will be glorified the day we start considering the importance of our valuable cultural heritage and sustain and preserve it for glorious future. Gita helps children to fight the battle of life through moral and virtuous  path and build a strong moral character which would be beneficial for the future of nation and for the cleansing the declining moral character of society. Besides imparting theoretical education which will provide them’ food for body’ the education of Bhagavad Gita is necessary because it  make them well equipped with  practical knowledge i.e. is ‘the way of life’ and provide them the most  sustainable and evergreen food which will  be necessary for their all round development. That food is ‘ Food for Soul’ the basic ingredient of life.  

Management with a human touch is the necessity of 21st century, isn't it? and there is a notable paucity of this vital necessity in every sphere
The feeling of Love, Caring, Sharing and mutual respect are necessary ingredients of a successful human relationship. It doesn't matter whether you are working in the corporate sector, educational institutions,  political field, medical profession or anywhere else, human touch is the key to successful management. In fact terrorism, the evil plaguing the whole world, is a repercussion of the deteriorating human relations and lack of human touch. Humanity is being butchered, in the name of religion only due to this lack of human touch.
A successful corporate sector is not the one which can give a short term high growth rate at the cost of man but the one that gives its employee a human touch. Similarly student-teacher relation is bound to fail miserably, unless there is human touch among them . Our defence minister Mohan Parrikar gave an excellent example of this when he went to meet his teacher in the latter's house. Political parties cannot be successful unless they give a human touch to its workers. The decline of Congress and Left parties can be attributed to the fact that they have failed to give a human touch to its grass -root level workers  and its the failure to give a human touch to its grass-root level workers. When the PMO, responding to Vaishali's request, provided her with financial and medical assistance it was just another example of providing the human touch. Doctors need to give a human touch to the patients and that can cure even faster than medicines. In our day to day life when we need help from our helpers, we need to provide them too with a human touch. Foreign and diplomatic relation can only be maintained through human touch. Pakistan and China have continuously undermined the value of human touch in maintaining relations and are now isolated on global platform.
 Having a professional attitude is not bad but when we lack human touch in any profession or in our life's management it does not augur well for us and the society too.

SPEAKING ABOUT THE RULING CONGRESS PARTY JAYPRAKASH NARAYAN SAID:
"The congress ceased to be a movement soon after it came to power in 1947 .......and became a mere election machine. Even so it retained to a considerable extent its democratic character, its mass organisational structure and inner vitality. All that has changed in the past two or three years. Pardoxical though it may seem, the Congress despite its massive electoral victories in 1971 and 1972 is today a little more than a hollow shell." Viewing with deep concern the inner working of the Congress Party, JP said that there was "little or no internal democracy left in it, and that its state leaders and Chief Ministers were mostly had-picked men, rather than leaders in theirown right. In fact, systematic efforts has been made to cut the ground under the feet of such national and state leaders as have a base of their own in the party and among the people, " JP wrote, "might suit Indiraji's style of leadership, but it spells ruin for the congress as a democratic organisation and ipso facto for Indian democracy itself. For it is not reasonable to expect an organisation that does not practice democracy in its internal affairs to be much concerned about preserving democracy in the affairs of the nation."

In his final appeal to the voters on March 13, 1977 to defeat dictatorship and restore democracy, Jayprakash Narayan shared with the people his vision of the India of his dreams. 

He said: " The India of my dreams is a community in which every individual, every resource, is dedicated to serving the weak - a community dedicated to Antodyaya, to the well-being of the lowest and the weakest.

It is a community in which individuals are valued for their humanity-a community in which the right of every individual to act  according to his conscience is recognised and respected by all. 

It is a community in which different views contend peacefully, in which disagreements are settled in a civilized manner. It is a community in which fellow men persuade each other, not bludgeon each other."
